CONTRACTOR SERIES BLAST MACHINES

Available in capacities of 2, 4, and 6 cubic feet, Contractor Blast Machines carry a 150-psi rating and
are fitted with Clemco's exclusive Millennium 1 1/2-inch ID inlet/outlet valves. These machines also
feature Clemco's Quantum valve for precise metering control with all common blast media.

CLEMCO CLASSIC BLAST MACHINES

Available in capacities 1/2 to 6 cubic feet. Clemco's classic machines in 1/2 and 1 cubic foot have a
standard working pressure rating of 125 psi. Classic 2, 3 and 6 cubic feet capacity units feature a
150-psi rating at no extra charge.

BIG CLEM
Bulk Blast Machines
Big Clem bulk blast machines allow up to four operators to blast simultaneously. Rated for
125 psi, Big Clems are available in stationary, yard-towable, and highway-towable models,
and in standard sizes - 60, 120 and 160 cubic feet.

SOFT KING
The portable Soft King turns lightweight, non-aggressive blast media (such as baking soda,
stone powder, and corn cob) into a powerful, efficient cleaning force. Contractors use the Soft
King to strip paint from cars and trucks, clean grease and dirt from industrial valves, and remove
grime from stainless steel tanks and food processing equipment.
Fill the versatile Soft King with dry media, and blast dry, or turn on its built in injector pump to
suppress dust with water.

BLAST SUITS
The Clemco heavy-duty blast suit and gauntlet-style leather gloves protect the blast operator from the impact of rebounding abrasive. Heavy cotton
fabric on back of suit allows air to circulate, while fronts of arms and legs are protected by leather panels. Straps at cuffs adjust to fit, keeping out dust
and abrasive. The red color stands out in a blast environment. It is lighter in weight than all-leather or all-rubber suits. (Optional gauntlet gloves protect
hands and wrists.)

The Clemco light-duty blast suit also protects the operator from the impact of rebounding abrasive. The suit is a cost-effective alternative to a
heavy-duty suit for intermittent or short-term blasting, and for non-blast personnel working at the blast site. It weighs less than Clemco's heavy-duty
blast suit. The nylon and cotton construction is easily machine washable. Discarding the light-duty suit after a toxic dust job wastes less money. For
rental outlets, the low-cost suit makes it possible to stock suits in sizes to fit almost any customer. (Available in a broad range of sizes up to XXL.)
